Chief Development Officer
Taylor has an 14-year history in commercial banking. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Team Lead within the Corporate Bank at Cadence Bank (NYSE: CADE), one of the largest regional banking franchises in the United States with $47.8 billion in assets at the time.
In that role he lead a team of bankers primarily focused on the lower middle market – with a distinct focus on family offices, private equity funds, and local entrepreneurs - Taylor delivered customized financing solutions ranging from working capital to acquisition funding across industries.
Taylor played a key role in shaping several strategic initiatives, including launching a business development training program for analysts and monitoring select SBIC investments. Taylor is involved with several non-profits and has served as Chairman of the WorkFaith Board since 2024.

Taylor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management – with a concentration in Finance from Houston Christian University. He has been actively involved in leadership and community service, serving on the Senior Leadership Team and Veterans ERG at Cadence Bank. He serves as a board member for The WorkFaith Connection, where he is currently Chairman. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Houston Christian University’s Dunham College of Business, and the Finance Committee for St. Pius X High School. Previously he served as the Chairman of the Houston Bankers Classic Golf Tournament, benefiting various charities. He resides in Houston, Texas.
