
STAN LEVY
Stan is the retired Chief Operating Officer at Morgan, where he oversaw debt and equity financing, asset management, and property dispositions across the firm’s portfolio. A member of Morgan’s Executive and Investment Committees, Stan led transactions exceeding $6 billion.
Prior to Morgan, he was a founding executive of Cadence Bancorporation, helping raise $1.0 billion in equity and scale the bank to include assets across six states. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving 15 years and ultimately as Managing Director of Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking for the Southern Region. Stan holds a BBA in Finance with honors from The University of Texas.
He serves on the boards of The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts and the Holocaust Museum Houston Foundation. He is the past Chairman of the Holocaust Museum Foundation and a Past President of the Shlenker School. He has also held board roles with Hines REIT, Cadence Bancorp LLC, and The Emery/Weiner School.
